From the point of booking, you have a 24-hour period to amend or cancel your booking for a full refund. Beyond that point, we require notice by 4pm, 14 days prior to your date of arrival.

In the case of cancellation within 14 days of your date of arrival, the booking and any optional extras will be non-refundable. This is to protect the business against last-minute cancellations of date(s) previously reserved for a period of time, which will then have a low chance of rebooking.

If you are within 14 days of your arrival date, as a gesture of goodwill and at your request, we will make available the date(s) of your booking and make reasonable efforts to rebook it, such as email/social media promotion and a reduction in price. If, and only if the date(s) then rebook, you may cancel your booking for credit. This credit may then go towards the rescheduling of your stay for alternative date(s), subject to availability. A refund is not possible in this instance.

Once a booking is cancelled the rates may change. You are unable to rebook any dates previously cancelled by you.

Any bookings made with promotional discounts cannot be cancelled or changed. Cancellations made will forfeit the promotional offer.

If you fail to arrive at Freedom Fields Glamping to fulfil your booked accommodation, then you are liable for the full cost of the booking and will be charged.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any animals other than dogs. We do not accept any banned dog breeds under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or dogs larger than a Labrador

Further, we do not accept any dog, regardless of breed, that has a history of, or that may pose a risk of aggression towards, or attack on a person or animal.

2/3 of our pods allow dogs (The Bracken and The Heather), however The Bluebell does not. due to guest allergies. We cannot accept dogs in this pet-free property.

An additional fee of £25 per stay is applicable for one dog. Service animals are free of charge. A maximum of one small to medium sized dog is permitted, in our ‘dog-friendly’ pods only.

When booking a dog-friendly property, you must include the £25 dog holiday extra on the booking. Failure to do so may result in no suitable accommodation being available for your stay. In this instance, we will not be able to amend or refund your booking.

The lead guest is responsible for the behaviour of your dog. If you book a dog-friendly pod, please ensure that dogs are provided with their own bed. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests will be liable for any damage caused by their dog, or extra cleaning that may be required and you will be charged for this accordingly, and without limitation. We reserve the right to make charges against credit cards or to invoice for damages.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on-site as we are located near a busy working farm with livestock and have horses and dogs of our own. If you have a dog that’s behaving badly, disturbing our own horses and dogs or affecting the comfort of other guests, we will ask you to resolve this and/or take them away. Should we have concerns about the safety of others, or that your dog may not be under control, we will ask you to leave the site (without refund).

All dog waste must be collected and disposed of. Dogs must never be left unattended in the cabin or on-site. Freedom Fields Glamping does not take any responsibility for the safety and welfare of pets.

Please make an extra effort before leaving the lodge to brush up all pet hairs.

Each pod sleeps up to two adults over the age of 18

We cannot accept bookings that exceed these limits. These limits are the absolute maximum numbers of people in each cabin at any time, day or night, and are for fire safety and insurance reasons.

Strictly no children, all guests must be aged 18 + Any booking found to breach this policy will be cancelled without notice and may not receive a refund.

Freedom Fields Glamping will not be held responsible for any items left behind or lost property. We would remind guests to please check you have taken all of your belongings with you before departure. You are responsible for your personal possessions on-site or in your cabin. Freedom Fields Glamping is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guests’ possessions.

If you do leave any items behind, we may be able to return these at your request for an additional fee.

All three of our properties have wood-fired hot tubs. You must not, under any circumstances, use the hot tub before listening to our hot tub briefing and guidance.

All pets must be supervised in and around the hot tub at all times.

You must follow the safety guidance on safe and responsible hot tub use, that we provide to you. We cannot accept liability for any injury or death caused by the misuse or neglectful use of the wood-fired hot tubs, or any use that is not in line with the provided wood-fired hot tubs safety guidance.

On each departure all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished prior to each arrival. Hot tubs will not be heated up, unless you inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Although we will endeavour to have your tub ready by 4pm on the day of arrival, your hot tub may not be ready for use until later on in the evening of arrival.

Any damage to hot tubs caused by misuse will be charged for, without limitation. We reserve the right to make charges against credit cards or to invoice for damages.
